Welcome to Green Track Call Taxi. By booking or using our taxi services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Booking & Service
All bookings can be made via phone call or WhatsApp. Confirmation of rides is subject to driver availability and service conditions at the time of booking.
2. Fare & Charges
Fares are calculated based on distance, travel time, and route. Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, and waiting charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the passenger.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be informed as early as possible. Late cancellations or last-minute cancellations may be subject to charges depending on the situation.
4. Waiting Time Policy
A grace waiting time of 10–15 minutes may be provided. After that, additional waiting charges may apply.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to maintain proper conduct during travel. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
6. Service Availability
We provide 24/7 taxi services; however, availability may vary depending on demand, traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
Green Track Call Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.
